The annual Dameron-Damron Family Association reunion will be at the Southfork Hotel, 1600 N. Central Expressway, Plano, Texas, 24-27 June. The annual meeting and luncheon buffet will be on Saturday, 26 June, in the Chinaberry Room. The Southfork Hotel is a full-service hotel and a sister property to the legendary Southfork Ranch, home of the TV series "Dallas." The hotel is in and near a wide variety of area cultural and entertainment venues, as well as many shopping and dining options.

Mention that your stay is for the Dameron-Damron Family Association reunion in order to receive special DDFA rates. You are responsible for your own reservations.

The hotel offers a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, wireless Internet access (WiFi) and voicemail. There is on-site parking, valet parking and complimentary shuttle service within a 5 mile radius of the hotel including transportation to Southfork Ranch. The Dallas/Ft Worth International Airport is 35 miles away and Dallas Love Field is 22 miles away. Transportation to and from the Airports includes taxi, super shuttle, rental cars and the Dallas Area Region Transit (DART) Light Rail. DART runs from Plano to Dallas. Currently, DART serves Dallas and 12 surrounding cities with approximately 130 bus routes and 48 miles of light rail transit. The Trinity Railway Express  links downtown Dallas and Fort Worth with stops in the mid-cities and DFW International Airport.

The Association has the Chinaberry Room from 11 - 5 with the meal served at 12:30.
Those who do not want to attend the luncheon can join the group at 2 p.m. 

Please bring any old photos, family history and stories that you would like to share.
Feel free to invite anyone interested in Dameron-Damron family history.
DDFA membership is not required for one to attend.
